We meet children where they are
At Kaban students are free to move and learn at their own pace. We know that learning is not linear, and that children are not ready to learn specific skills according to an adult-prepared timeline, or in perfect harmony with their peers. Kids who need more support with certain skills get that support, and those who are ready to move ahead are able to find the challenges they crave.

Kaban Montessori School proudly serves the Peel region under the CCMA (Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators) accreditation. We comply with all CCMA standards and preserve the Montessori philosophy of education. Our professionally trained teachers play a huge role in observing each child’s learning curve and offer holistic teaching approaches that help guide children through their learning journey.

We value cultural diversity
Exploring cultural diversity can teach children respect and sensitivity for all life. Exposure to cultural diversity is a very important part of a child's day in a Montessori classroom. Through language arts and cultural lessons from all around the world the children gain awareness, appreciation and sensitivity for all life. To enhance their exposure we incorporate both French and Spanish lessons into the school curriculum.
